Q: if employer doesnt deduct tax on salary nor there is any documented proof of salary just direct bank transfers . in this scenario where should we put the salary amount and is bank statement a valid proof for salary ?

You should show it in reconciliation tab of wealth statement. It will come under Inflows and others

Yes total amount is non taxable
