Me too, always wondering once I'd set it away if punch and die lined up , if I'd measured tool height right, and then something would go wrong, the sheet would move and it's all out of line.

Is it running at top dead center punch or F4? Or you just want to run it slow?

More than likely he programmed it with an M08, M692, and F4. And of course whatever M code he used for the louvers.
