I have personally seen a lot of my friends shopping around in the market to get the most comprehensive cover - spending almost the as much time as they do when booking their flight ticket. 2) Insurance can play a huge role in reducing stress from the travel experience. Numerous pain points to be alleviated - Missed your flight? Lost your bag? Flight cancelled? Flight disrupted ? AirBnb host cancelled on you at the last minute? Hotel not up to your expected standards? 3) Katya touched upon something that will be a huge success factor - removing friction from claims!
