It is not compulsory for a witness to affirm/confirm the truthfulness of other witnesses testimonies in which they are not related or involved in particularly. Lead counsel is taking advantage of the witnesses ignorance to legal proceedings to extract information. It is unfair!!!

@@sulayman6503 (1)This is not an interrogation in which one would have a right to an attorney to defend them, (2) the witness have a right to refrain from implicating/incriminate himself or any accused person. (3) lead counsel refused the witness to apply logic in some allegations made against him by other witnesses, even though, he lead counsel uses logic to establish conclusive testimonials. (4) I'm not arguing that that technique/ strategy is not used, but, if a professional legal practitioner uses it against one with lesser knowledge in the area/subject without making it clear to them the rights they have to protect themselves, I according to my personal understanding will consider it very unfair and unjust. It would have been very interesting if he used the strategy against Edward Singhateh lol... He attempted to do so with Foday Barry but he instantly realised that whoops it wouldn't make the sitting easy on he "lead cousel" he didn't try it throughout the sitting again. "My point is that he shouldn't prey on the weak in order to look magnificent" it's bourgeoisie. I have some admiration for Mr Faal for his eloquence and intelligence still.

I liked and enjoyed the witnesses testimony until before he volunteered to Confirm the truthfulness of other witnesses testimonies whom had nothing to do with him.
