Flysky is a good brand. I've had my 6 channel for almost 10 years and it is still kicking. Also has insane range we checked it in an open corn field and got nearly a mile range.

I absolutely love mine. Been club racing my teknos with it all summer. I've dropped it twice on concrete by accident and it didn't break. Just scuffed it a little. Ended up buying a protective aluminum shell. You guys should offer those! They also look sick on the radio.

I started with the NB4, bought a second one as I was over 20 cars. Then I switched to one NB4+ because I want to test it and as result: I love it. The screen is so much better then the original. As the PRO+ hit the market I switched again because of my crawlers, 8 channel is to less. Now I'm 100% satisfied for half of the Futaba price. As a hint, use NB4 trasmitter only with Flysky enhanced receivers. They cost only a few bucks more but you get the ibus-2 protocol and a free voltage monitoring cable for the lipo. My prefered receiver is the INr4-GYB with integraded gyro. If you don't need a gyro use FGr4B. More channels? use FGr8B or FGr12B. If you like built-in antennas then the new FRD4D. The radiomaster MT12 should be a good trasmitter with very cheap receiver but you need a course of studies, not my way.

I have an nb4 and I absolutely love it!Super premium feel compared to my friends dx6 and radio master ones. The response time is amazing! No lag like other transmitters. Hard to explain but, it makes slow servos super twitchy (fast) Plus, I only paid $175 for mine with 2 receivers cables and all brand new (aliexpress) my friends were sure hating! They sold their transmitters and ended up getting the NB4 as well. Definitely might upgrade but, at max I use 4 channels. Totally beats the new Spektrum in quality and price! Definitely look into them, you won’t regret it guys!!

I ran the FlySky IT4, which was this transmitter’s touchscreen predecessor. The IT4 was a great transmitter, but the receivers were hit and miss with some being super glitchy. I imagine FlySky has completely fixed this RX issue or else Maifield and Ronnefalk would’ve stayed far away.

One click down on channel speed makes way too much of a change. 0.1s. Should be a smaller impact per click, maybe .05. Tried to help a racer that uses one of these and it was either servo too fast for him or way too slow. He had to settle for too fast.

VR dial? I'm not sure which dials you're referring to. The handle has two dials that are spin continuously, each programmable to their own channels, and then there is a third dial that has limited spinning, also capable of being programmed to it's own channel. Every dial or switch can be programmed to its own channel. -Brett

@AMain_Hobbies the 2 at the top of the handle, that don't spin all the way around, one on each side, looking for a radio that will allow me to set one for pan and set the other for tilt independently... I've got a 6 ch radio link TX it only has one vr dial I've set to pan but can only set my tilt ch like a switch... either up, down, or middle on the servo. If I try to set it both to the vr they both both move together...
