This issue with Amakye Dede is true. He was a leading vocal at Akwasi Amponfo Adje. But i guess he was not much respected. He was very humble to the extend that he was always washing his own cloth at the time even though many wanted to help him. He indeed a hustler. Hard working guy. He used to come to a village called Boamadumasi regularly until one day he had issue with the town. The privileges, respect and the diciplone he did not quiet get in AAA, he made sure his group had it. He was my very good friend when he visited our vilage until l left for school. I remember when he came from Nigeria, one of his song, "yeaba, yenso yeaba oo, yeko yea yaba" etc. He was sometimess very reserve without speaking unwholesomely and also quick tempered.
