As dietitians, we recommend putting chia, flax, hemp and other seeds and nuts in the fridge. The fat can go rancid if not refrigerated. Also let us know if those brown sugar bears work because I’d love to get one

Thank you for sharing! I have my “resting day” to day, as I always has on Tuesdays. It’s just a day without health appointments where I get a slower day. I normally also combined it with some housework and the garbage is picked up on Wednesdays so it’s good to take a extra clean and get things out. I don’t feel my best today, but your video got me motivated 😁😁 So thank you for that! I’ve read that cats instinctively don’t like to drink water if it is right next to their food bowls. They can actually refuse water if they are in the same spot. You could try putting the water bowl in the different room or across the room from the food to see if he drinks more or is less picky. Just a thought!
