I always get my backgrounds from the paper section in craft stores. They have tons of options and colors !!

The light on the left side without the softbox is it lighting on the product or the on the white background? Would be nice if you could say something to the lighting setup, because your pictures always look clear white, which is great

Hey Yassin! This one is lighting both the product and background. I do have a video on lighting on my KZbin 😊 Using a larger softbox will spread light further onto your scene. My other light with no softbox is also illuminating my background. I often shoot now one light with softbox and one without.

Thank you. I am glad I found you as I've learnt much I can use in trading my own product photos. Most of my products are already colourful (kids handmade soft toys via Platypus Creations) so some of your backgrounds won't work for me. Do you have any suggestions for me and others like me that have multiple colours in our products?

Hey Michelle! I would focus on creating a primary colour palette. 2-3 primary colours that will form the foundation of your brand. You can then focus on using these colours as plain backgrounds in your photoshoots to create a cohesive look 😊

It’s not enough natural light for the style of product photography I do. My windows are also tinted blue which puts a blue hue on my scene. I find I can get much better results using studio lighting.
