VINTAGE Shopping with Me | Lucketts Spring Market Gone Fall 2021

After 2 full years of no Lucketts Spring Market due to crazy world events, we were blessed with the Lucketts Spring Market GONE FALL! I thought spring market weather was unpredictable... HA! But anyone whose anyone KNOWS that Lucketts events happen rain or shine. Lucketts is like an upscale flea market shopping adventure where everything is perfect curated. I wish I could have been a vendor (antique booth owner) this time around with everyone else, it sounds like my friends did very well, but my schedule was just too complicated for the dates. At the very least I was able to make it up to the Clarke County fair grounds in Berryville, VA to do some serious vintage & antique shopping. Forgive me for some of the rough sound. I had a hard time avoiding the wind. I call this event my "Super Bowl" I love it so much and missed you having a booth. Our town, Strasburg, started a Vintage in the Valley Festival which was completely inspired by my love of Lucketts Spring Market. Once a year is just not enough so we started our own festival, I need more markets in my life. Great video and it is overwhelming but so worth it. I can't even imagine being a vendor.

I rescued a 100 year+ pew from a dumpster. A friend and I covered over the stone mantle in my house with wood from the pew. It came out great.

Hey - welcome back! Missed you and your cheery personality! I'm surprised you didn't get anything wicker or rattan - you sure seemed to be drawn that way. Do you remember how much that large Art Deco mirror at 16:55 was by any chance? I have one like it but with a different etched design on the edge. It was part of my parents' bedroom set. I don't know how old it is but I can remember it from at least 1969/70. I love it but it's heavy as heck and doesn't fit my style at all so I'm probably going to sell it. I've seen prices all over the place.
