Recharge days are great!❤ Thank you for showing me how to have a daily routine. Small spaces can get messy quickly. Keeping track and charging solar banks. Incorporating walks, a small hobby, and singing around the campsite as long as everyone around me doesn't mind. Reading, writing, and streaming something. Sounds like a full day in van life for me😊

My puppy is also on heart meds for his heart murmur. As a Male nurse never heard of that in a dog. It cost $180 a month witch is crazy but can get the MED's for $50 if they have generic. That helps a lot especially with groceries😊

I'm going to need to do so much hiking when I'm there somewhere because between the burger place and the pizza place? lol I'm ngonna need to burn all that off! Those fries looked SO good! Good on you for doing that intermittent fasting, I tried it a couple of times and I just could not stand it...I think having type 1 diabetes makes it so much harder cuz the insulin causes me to get so damn hungry, talk about feeling nauseous and stomach pain, ESPECIALLY in the morning! Nope, I just couldn't...I do keto but getting low always screws it up, it has helped me though in keeping my sugars down and I did lose weight before...45pnds, hopefully one day it will actually happen again, I gotta move more too!
