Except that the rumour has been thoroughly debunked by Sinatra's most scholarly biographer, James Kaplan. At the time Ronan was conceived in New York Sinatra was in Palm Springs recovering from serious abdominal surgery, with a colostomy, and around-the-clock nursing supervised by his wife. He was in no condition to impregnate an ex-wife, even if he'd been on the same coast as her. He'd also, according to his family, had a vasectomy years earlier.

Please forgive me for going completely off subject. But, considering how thorough it seems Ronan’s been with his investigations, I wonder if couldn’t learn something - if anything - from my question. While away from Italy since childhood, was/is my fiscal code simply dormant or was/is it active? And, since I left the States in 2004, is it possible my Social Security could be used at my expense and someone else’s benefit? And, how about those of us having grown up and/or living in their adopted country and making a decent living never once imagining persons in their birth country could be using their fiscal code and/or social security? The lengths the super rich wouldn’t do to avoid paying taxes? Thank you so very much for a most astonishingly insightful interview! Namaste

Yes, he is indeed very intelligent, articulate, and physically a specimen all people enjoy looking upon. HOWEVER, as the Greeks knew and so well demonstrated in their Tragic theatre and philosophy, there are otherwise "heroic" natures, possessing such remarkable talents and powers as Farrow, who, none the less are "tragically flawed" by one attribute which blinds them to the dangers hidden in their personal tragic flaw (blind spot). As with so many of those tragic heroes, pride is a leading character trait which becomes the cause of their ultimate undoing. Whether Farrow is ever recognized publicly for his flaw, no reasonable outside observer (the public, at large) could possibly review the evidence of his sister's claim of being sexually abused by Woody Allen (and that evidence is abundant if one will merely take the time to find and read it) and then, not recognize his sister's accusation as profoundly false, and unworthy of the pursuit of a mind so otherwise worthy as Mr. Farrow's. He is blinded by his "bond" to his mother, whose own history of mental instability well explains his very protective instincts toward one so vulnerable mentally, as is Mia Farrow, his mother. The great majority of the American public who have failed to research and thereby know the truth of that false accusation will happily accept the claim against Allen, as most such lazy television viewers love a good salacious condemnation of men in general, and older men, who fall in love with significantly younger women, even more so. The fact that Ronan surely knows Allen not to be his father, yet fails to do the simple DNA test to reveal Frank Sinatra is in fact the man who sired him (19 years after legally divorcing Mia...that's some incredibly hearty sperm, or a remarkably long nurturing womb in Mia), with Frank's previously divorced wife, Mia (known as Mom to Ronan, however sordid her behavior) says all one needs to know re. Ronan's commitment to truth ALL THE TIME, rather than only when he has "no skin" in the game. Sinatra's dalliance with Mia occurred at a time when she was recognized to the public at large, as well as to Allen, as exclusively bonded to him (though they never married). She claimed however, in a 2013 Vanity Fair interview that she and Sinatra "never really broke up" despite their very public divorce, and her immediate emotionally distraught-filled flight to live with her best friend Dory Previn, and her then, husband Andre Previn. Mia's acceptance of her best friend's offer of a home to recover in after Sinatra's dumping her gave Mia the perfect opportunity to sleep in Dory's marital bed WITH HER HUSBAND, Andre. That generous nurturance offered to Andre by Mia, (we all know how motherly she can be, no?) precipitated a sudden pregnancy, upon which Andre left Dory, causing her mental breakdown and institutional confinement, and the subsequent action by Andre and Mia....who got married.... claiming Dory's maternal incompetency, and the loss of her several children, who Mia immediately adopted with Andre, as her own. Do I need to mention that one of those adopted children whom Mia stole from her long time best friend, Dory Previn was none other than Soon Yi Previn, later, of Woody Allen wifely status [they are now married for 23 years]? . I told you, the Greeks figured prominently in this saga). Many people who live with those pesky conventional family values might have thought Mia more honorable to have limited her sexual curiosity to being fulfilled by Woody himself when they were still exclusively bonded, and not with former husbands (Frank). No, Mia saw it appropriate to inform Woody that he was soon to become the father of a son, and not to reveal to him that she had been lubricating Frank's pistol for twenty years ever her divorce from Frank. Woody naively believed her lie, and fulfilled "his" role until being prohibited by Mia when their former "bond" was dissolved (upon Allen's falling in love with Mia's adopted daughter Soon Yi. Any such conventional obligations of sexual fidelity to Woody were easily shuttled by Ronan's Mom when her former husband ("long shlong" Sinatra) offered his considerable amorous comforts. It is worthy to note that there is no such accusation of infidelity leveled against Allen for that period when he was exclusively committed to Mia, nor to any of the other women with whom he has ever been romantically linked. And it appears Ronan takes rather glib comfort in the general understanding shared by all informed Americans that "Aren't we all Frank Sinatra's sons? when a journalist asked him to comment on his Mom's confession to Vanity Fair that indeed Frank might "possibly" be his true Dad; because, after all, "We never really broke up"! (I merely told that to different men to avoid their feeling bad about me sharing my well honed talents with their betters!.... This last parenthetical statement is not Mia's, but my own logical inference after her quoted admission of fucking more than one exclusively bonded relationship at a time.. Any morally, or ethically overwrought American wishing to accept the mad, and unprincipled ravings of one such as Mia Farrow, and now her poor daughter who has been programmed by Mia to condemn and hate her father, and to offer NO EVIDENCE of their mad claims deserves to be ignored. And her very intelligent, and articulate son is best recognized as equally ruined by his mother's mental derangement. Greek tragedies aren't written for sissies (nor lazy, non thinking people)!

Woody Allen was accused of having molested his own five year old son and his adopted seven year old daughter by a vindictive middle aged woman who had previously insisted that he adopts two of her adopted children because he was such a great father. She has collected “strays” in her household without either being willing or able to give them the individual attention they needed at such a young age. Hiring servants to feed and drive children to and from school is not being a mother. Having an attraction for young women is not the same as assaulting prepubescent children. Ronan was deprived of having a father, had his name changed and year after year had to sit at a table with an empty chair marking his “dead” adopted “sister” that had married his biological father when she was in her twenties and continues being married to him.

This man is overrated incarnate. He fails to realize how many careers he destroyed with his biased and one sided hit-piece in The New Yorker (which is also a biased and one sided news outlet). It's because of him why "Innocent Until Proven Guilty" has been replaced with "Listen and Believe". He had the nerve to call Bill Cosby "powerful" (ignoring the fact that he was under FBI watch), give Janice Dickinson a platform and a voice, among other things. I wouldn't be surprised if he also says Michael Jackson was guilty. That movement he helped give rise to is nothing but toxic.
