To do a timeline u have to have committed funds. Obtaining these funds require a lot negotiations. Until right institutions firmly commit them u can’t set a timeline or announce it. It doesn’t mean cbn has no plan. He needs to keep it to his vest and announce them as he can firm it up. Stop giving him lectures. Instead focus on info available. Narayana already announced he will complete negotiations and make deals on the remaining average needed from farmers in a month. He had been announcing other interim dates. Pick up what he said , c what he is accomplishing and give constructive suggestions. I know u mean well, but it podcasts are amateurish even though u mean well. Beef it up with facts and their analysis. A lot of us are watching from a far. We r looking to c how we can help constructively. I for one is available for one on one discussions.
