I know about AP and people and there mind set , they always look for development and sure they will always welcome development. And Amaravati will develop rapidly , for example why people of Vizag and Kurnool and rest of AP rejected YSRCP because they felt AMARAVATI is perfect place for Capita when total AP people accepted Amaravati as capital there will be no stopping of Amaravati as capital, if you are not investing now you will have to pay thrice in 2 years .

ఏమిరా ? వరల్డ్ క్లాస్ సిటీ ఏర్పడటం అంటే అషా మాసి గా వుందా ? ప్రస్తుతం అక్కడ అడవిని తలపిస్తుంది. ఒక్క టీ కొట్టు కూడా కనపడదు. 30 Kms లోన ఎక్కడో 5 బిల్డింగ్స్ పూర్తి అయినవి, 10 సగం కట్టినవి కనబడతాయి అంతే. కనీసం మంగళగిరి అంతా అవ్వాలి అంటే కనీసం 20 ఇయర్స్ పడుతుంది. అయినా అక్కడ జీవనోపాధి ఏది, ప్రజలు ఎందుకు వస్తారు అడవిలోని ? అటు ఇటు గుంటూరు విజయవాడ కార్పొరేషన్ వున్నాయి. వాటిని వదిలి ఎందుకు అమరావతి వెళతారు. అక్కడ 10 అంతస్తుల భవనం కట్టాలి అంటే పునాది 2 అంతస్తులు లోనికి వెయ్యాలి. సాయిల్ లూజుగా వుంటుంది. ముందు కంపెనీస్ వస్తె మెల్లగా వూరు పెరుగుతుంది. అక్కడ రేట్లు చూస్తే గజం 1 లఖ్, 50 వెలు అని డబ్బా కొడుతున్నారు కానీ కొనేవాదు లేడు. అందుకనే Think first before buying.
