आप उत्तर भारतमे बनाई लस्सी और मावावाली मिठाई जब दिखाते है तो बहोत मजा आता है और खाने का मन बनता है। गुजरात राज्यमे जो मिठाई या कोईभी चिज बनती है तो मशीनसे बनती है इसलिए बहोतही हायजेनिक तरीकेसे बनती है। गुजरातमे मिठाई हो या कोईभी चिज अॅटोमॅटीक मशीनसे बनती है और बहूत बडी क्वांटिटीमे बनती है। देखतेही बहूत मजा आता है।

That milk is already boiled ( pasteurised )in the dairy where it was made. It is usually boiled to 72 degrees c in the dairy which is the milk boiling point so it’s not necessary to boil pasteurised milk again
