Amateur TV Field Day Demo: Ham Radio Television!

Great video. Amateur TV is one of the reasons I got into ham radio in 2003. I wish I would of kept one of my Analog CRTs. I was running out of space in my shack, and Greg was coming over. He said he couldn't sleep with that hum. I gave them to Goodwill. He slept great that night on the floor of my Shack, but I may never forgive him.

That is pretty awesome, Tim. It LOOKS and sounds like you had some authentic ham radio fun for FD24. How much juice would it take to reach BNLHS?

Honestly, if we plan it carefully, we could likely accomplish it from the club site to BNLHS with just that 1 watt transceiver! -Tim

Good stuff, but putting a Panasonic switcher/mixer on the ground and using 1970s televisions as monitors is backward!
