The Grenade!

The only type of grenade that should exists!
This one was a real challenge to create.
It is composed with a soft pistachio cremeux, a very light pistachio mousse, a moist pistachio sponge and a delicious fresh bloody orange compote.

I'm always so curious what these taste like. The ingredients and colors are so different from anything I've had that I don't even have a reference in my mind for what it could possibly taste like.. it's literally alien food to me.

I think its fruity inside and the rest tastes like biscuit and white chocolate. Mostly those colours dont have an own taste but a little bit artificial/chemical.
