The Chocolate Telescope!

This may be the most technical chocolate creation i've ever made, so much details went into this 5Ft tall Telescope! 🔭🍫

WHAT !!! How on Earth does sugar turn into such a crystal clear concave lens with a perfectly curved surface ? This man is part engineer and part artist - or maybe whole wizard.

It's a sugar called ISOMALT. Commonly used sugar for sugar works like the beer bottles used as props for movies wherein they would throw bottles or molded as clear glass wherein the stuntsman would jump right off the glass. those were the uses of isomalt sugar. it doesn't brown fast like regular sugar so it is the most idealistic kind of sugar to work with in sugar crafting.

there's nothing magical in it lol. you just have to enroll in sugar crafting workshop if you want to learn those stuff.

@@silent2163 thanks for the information. So the magic comes from ISOMALT sugar, but you have to agree this is some high level execution. At least to me it is.

@DabBoi Le3rd the type of chocolate he uses does not melt very easily because it has been in a cold temperature for a decent amount of time but eventually it will melt but that is only if u don’t eat it over the course of few days

@@leggidicomputer991 no, as the comment above said it is because the chocolate is tempered, when you melt it and then solidify at a certain temperature the chocolate start to form a kind of crystalline structure that allows it to keep longer at room temperatures.
