Christ is the Lamb of God. He gave his life to save us because he is Savior and Redeemer. The innocent lamb takes the sin we give to him and he is then sacrificed according to the law of God given to Moses. It was the purpose of Christ and it was his passion to be the Lamb of God to save the humanity. You make his joy when you go to him and tell him that you are miserable, in pain, powerless, lost, marked by the sin, sinner. He takes your burden on the Cross with him and he delivers you because HE CAN and HE WANTS. He has the power no one has and he has the love no one can conceived. Because He is Life. He suffered to save us and it is his joy to save us. Make your Lord smile and go repent to him, with humility and contrition in your heart because you love Him so much and you want to see him in His Kingdom and be his spouse (every soul is called to be a Spouse of Christ). Therefore, once filled by forgiveness, peace and wisdom seek to be as Christ who suffered a lot but still stayed good in his heart even with the bad people. He is the way to sanctification. He is the way to Heaven and Eternal Life.
