Hey Lim, great review! I also have very thin wrists.. I really like the gtR more than the gtS, especially the 42mm. Do you know if the GPS feature has been fixed? My 47mm version is on the way. Looking forward to it. Glad to see this video though because my wife was considering the 42mm version only because the 47mm would likely be way too big. But that 42mm still looks pretty big on a small (skinny) wrist. And my wife only weighs about 38kg (80 lbs)... so maybe I need to try to find her something else...

I also have fairly narrow wrists but I went with the 47mm because of the battery. I think the leather band also looks way more premium, its a watch I could wear to work that looks nicer than apple watch.

I'm interested in the accuracy of the heart rate monitor. Have you had a chance to test it during for example running? Usually if the heart rate monitor is of low quality, there tends to be lag in monitoring rapid changes in heart rate.

The heart rate monitor works perfectly fine. What doesn't work so well is the sleep tracker. Yesterday it registered that I had a great sleep but in fact, I woke up in the middle of the night like 2-3 times but it wasn't detected by the watch.

Haha again - sorry for the confusion. I've actually knocked the watch against a wall earlier today and it came out unharmed. I did not conduct any durability tests however so I can't tell how scratch proof is it.

So far I’m seeing more accurate results on my cheaper Honor Band 5. The Xiaomi and Amazfit (also by Xiaomi) devices don’t have very accurate sleeping trackers.

Thank you for the video. I really enjoy chinese technology, and now it's very nice and top notch design. I have an amazfit pace at my wrist, my previous was an American designed Pebble watch. The only thing I miss is the quick time-line function so you could easily see what event came next. Could you please ask amazfit to implement that for their beautiful products?

Lim Reviews it’s not so much the focusing it’s the very shallow depth of field you have set up. Wrong type lens for this sort of video. Content is really good so a phone would’ve done the job great.
