Thank you for this detailed review. I have a few questions related the the music player. Are you able to use the music player during a sport activity which is tracking what you are actually doing (manage music during a time when tracking a run with GPS)? Are you able to view music in folders or are all the 600 songs dumped into a single folder?

Thanks for the frank review! I love my GTS and am disappointed that Amazfit chose to implement features that probably shorten battery life (like music storage and playback, as well as WiFi), when all they needed to make the GTS a perfect watch was a microphone and speaker. I will not be 'upgrading', so thank you very much for sparing me some disappointment and some cash! I do have to wonder what the battery life is with WiFi off.

Hey, I feel you 100%, I loved my GTS and my record watch ana amazing 28 days of battery life! I upgraded to the GTS2e which has much better battery life than the GTS2. Still doesn't beat GTS though.

One question, why I can't add song to my gts 2 using the zapp apps with my iphone 8? I have tried the procedure given, which is to connect hostpot from the watch, but still there a re no progress bar or any data transfer occur.

Oh No .. In that case I much prefer the Original GTS then and don't need to look at GTS 2 😅 Let's hope the next two version will get back to Original GTS battery life standard.

If you don't need calling from the watch GTS2e is the way to go, last much longer.

Great review! At this rate I guess the battery is not looking good for the GTR2 either? I kinda want the 47mm GTR1 now as it’s on sale and I don’t see a date for a global GTR2 in the US. Amazon had GTR2 Sport/Classic preorders but they took it all down and the price was pretty high at $180. I know GTR2 has more features but battery life worries me at these higher global prices.

Hey Raymond, yeah I myself was pretty disappointed with it. It's pretty annoying to have to charge every 1-2 days. I do hope a future firmware update will solve this though I can't confirm if it will come. Will report if it does :)

From the review, I want to ask for the following: 1. Is the Stress Tracking is not that accurate? 2. Hows is the Oxygen Tracking part? 3. Since i saw you using iPhone to connect with the watch, can you custom the watch face with your photo with your iPhone?

I got my watch for a week+. So far all the features seen ok. - The Stress Tracking pretty much 80% to 90% accurate from what I see as I write the time on a book where I feel stress sometimes. - The Sleep tracking seens ok so far as I got 45 mins of deep sleep up to 2 hours max, and the rest are light sleep. I felt no that energetic after I am awake so pretty much accurate. - The watch of mine can stands up to 2.5 days after a full charge. (I didnt always connect to my phone only when morning, afternoon, evening and night to sync the data) - For the No.3 still need someone to test it out for me as I am using android so easy for me to custom my watch face as it comes with 3 custom layout for the background by putting your own image.

Unfortunately you cannot. You can only receive calls. The watch acts as a bluetooth earphone receiver kind of thing, if you get what I mean.
