Unless you buy fresh food from traditional shops, supermarkets are there to make a profit and don't care about what they sell. This has been going on for decades since i was a child in the 60's, we were fed with proceesed meats like spam, and fish fingers that had never seen any fish. This is why diabetes is now a worldwide problem.

Iceland is quantity more than quality, I work for Iceland. they are the worst retailer in the country for a reason, I can go deeper but I'm, not willing to go there, its a northern company with northern management, me with 42 years of experience in food manufacturing the problem with Iceland. They don't want to learn from people like me who have made Tesco no1. they are stubborn young management who are clueless and don't react with the workforce, southern managers are the best all-round, through my experience, Tesco is a southern company and there management reflects that, they are far better, you can talk to them, where northern Iceland management are stubborn and wont listen to anyone, but Malcolm walker the owner of Iceland wants is northern mates running the show,, big mistake
