Jackson is NOT top 3 maybe not even top 5 strikers in the league. Haaland, Watkins, Isak, Nunez all ahead. And then the likes of Solanke and Havertz too, Wood on nice form. A real shout would be someone like Yoane Wissa. 28 years old late bloomer energy. Rapid and an eye for goal, him and Mbuemos partnership is giving Papiss Cisse and Demba ba vibes. 8 Matches 7G 1A in the prem so far this season.

The only striker im taking over jackson is Haaland. Watkins and Isak are sidegrades at best. Jackson has the best stats over all the other strikers and passes the eye test. The only thing lacking is his physical presence/aerial duels in the box. Havertz is shit dont know why you mentioned him, Wood is hitting a purple patch, Toney isnt even in the league anymore. Mbeumo is a shout but the biggest reason why he's playing well is because teams aren't respecting Forest and giving him a highline to run in behind. He's bad for top teams as a striker cause he will play low block teams.

@ Yeah totally forgot about the Toney move. I’d pick Isak Haaland Watkins before him, but if we are going on form i’m picking Wissa and Haaland for the time being. Havertz isn’t really an out and out striker, but I think he’s an exceptional player, don’t get the Havertz hate. Solanke I don’t think is better, but could see Spurs fans putting him ahead. Haven’t seen enough of Sol this season. I rate Jackson highly, think on form, yes defo top 5 itl. Overall, if I had my team sign a striker from the prem, he’s probably the 6th choice.

@ Multiple reasons why I dont rate havertz. His finishing is below average (similar to jackson last year) however, jackson can create his own chances as well as create chances for others. There is a reason why Jackson is leading in chances and assists among strikers. Jacksons movement is better as well, Havertz is so static compared to him. Obviously tactics could be a big factor as Arteta is playing much deeper and Maresca’s tactics are better for the team than Poch’s was. But for me, taking in room for growth since jackson is only 23, i wouldnt trade him for anyone. I just want a striker similar to Haaland or Osimhen who are better box presences than jackson. But outside of the box, I think only Isak is comparable.

@@andrenguyen106 Yeah Havertz can be quite static in his play, true. He def grew on me though. If Arsenal get Gyökeres the difference will be night and day i’m sure, even Isak. Oshimen being in Turkey is wild to me, quality.
