Those elevators seem to have had a light modernisation in the early to mid 2000s with new buttons.

Modernised in 2006 by 9G Elevator. Later refurbished with new fixtures in 2015. Service lifts all modernised only in the 2010s.

I wasn't able to find the excact year. But 1986.occoured most frequently on the websites. The capacity is not incorrect I forgot to write down the floors the elevator doesn't stop at. I will correct the floors

I went there on November 30, 2015 and the top floor (38) has sadly keycarded because Hai Tien Lo, a public restaurant has moved to level 3 I think. 38 is now occupied by Pacific Club.

Top floor was accessible before 2012. After 2012, the public can access the exterior lift but up to floor 22 because the top floor has been replaced to Pacific Club - keycard required for floors 23-38

Mitsubishi, not Otis. The other glass elevator labelled as Schindler is also Mitsubishi.
