I do wonder if some of these animals are enslaved and beaten to complete such tasks , I’m sure many are not but the fact that this started in circuses means those Elephants WERE definitely abused to entertain the unknowing public . Pigcasso on the other hand was rescued and is in a sanctuary and seems extremely happy 😊

SOME elephant artists are trained using positive reinforcement only. Additionally, those elephants showing no interest in painting are allowed to not even be trained.

Oh gosh, how cool would it be to see a whole animal art gallery? These guys really have the abstract flair down. Pft, also the elephants are 100% THAT guy in the art class who's always a cut above the rest. Meanwhile that one cat gives 0 sh*ts like 'here, have some abstract paw circles, art is subjective, f you.' Then there's doggo taking a break every five minutes to show everyone how it's coming along. Birds who are really bopping to the art vibes. So much personality in these cuties. XD

These aren’t fake but true. The poor animals have to suffer, not sure about the others but I know that painting elephants do. They hurt them with a nail to force them to move their trunks to the sides and turn them. They have to suffer being away from their mother, younger ones who are still supposed to be with them! Especially wild animals get tortured like this. Why do people want animals to paint now? Humans are fine because no one tortures them! But the poor animals?...

No, I've done the sea lion art program. I've seen a certain sea lion paint in real life. Parrot type birds, and dogs with special training are very capable of this.
