"I want that extra inch. I don't want to stay here I want to go there" That's how Phyllis Sues explains the drive that motivates her to practice piano, endure yoga classes jump rope and fly on the trapeze. Phyllis is 89.
To stay supple, Phyllis stretches for 15 minutes a day before getting out of bed every morning. She also jumps rope daily to maintain her bone strength and cardiovascular fitness.
We shot this story with her in Sept 2012. It aired on Fox 11 News Los Angeles November 5, 2012.
