guys everything is very nice, it's nice to see that there are investments and that the country is growing, but one fundamental thing is missing that I have seen in south africa in the united states in canada and new zealand, a green area with trees lawn an artificial lake and above all meadows and trees also a small area that separates the houses with a green lawn and lights, an area for children and a park also for adults to stroll

shaded areas are mandatory if a person wants to take a walk and the trees are optimal since it makes them very hot and there must be green and cool areas for the elderly and children, with fountains for entertainment and fountains to make the people of the condominium drink or the dog for a walk, even the lighting is essential

No that will be ugly i donot want Zimbabwe to look like some ugly south east asian country. There is still so much land in Zimbabwe hence building detached houses is still affordable so that should always be where the vast majority 95% of the population should live. Zimbabwe has the best ghettos in the world detached houses with a very small back yard and front yard the houses in the ghetto are very nice than the disaster I saw in other countries even europe.
