1 cup buckwheat flour
1 ½ cups almond flour
½ cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp tapioca flour
½ tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
Mix well
Peel 2 bananas
Mash the bananas
½ cup coconut milk or milk
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 eggs
Mix well
Pour the wet ingredients
into the dry ingredients
Mix well
Add ½ cup water
Mix well
Glaze a 9'' pan
Pour the mixture into the pan
Smooth the surface
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top
Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F/175°C
Take the buckwheat bread out
Allow it to cool down
Ready to serve

1 lb (450g) buckwheat berries
Pour the buckwheat berries in a big bowl
Add enough water to cover the buckwheat berries
Wash the buckwheat berries
Drain the water
Add clean water
Cover the bowl
Refrigerate for 2-24 hours to ferment the buckwheat
Drain the water
Pour the buckwheat into a blender
Add 1 ¼ cups (310ml) water
Process for 1 minute
Pour the mixture into a big bowl
Add ½ cup (85g) coconut sugar
1/3 cup (75g) raisins
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp cinnamon
Milk/coconut milk ¼ cup (55g)
Melted unsalted butter 2 tbsp (30g)
Mix well
Cover the bowl
Refrigerate for 2-24 hours
Glaze a 9'' pan with oil
Mix well
Pour the mixture into the pan
Sprinkle almond slices on top
Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F/175°C
Allow it to cool down
Ready to serve

Grind the oats in a blender
Add the ground oats into the bowl
½ cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp tapioca flour
½ tsp cinnamon

Mix well
½ cup coconut milk or milk
¼ cup melted coconut oil
Crack 2 eggs
1 cup shredded carrots
Mix well
Add 1 cup water 1/2 cup at a time and mix well
Glaze a 9'' pan
Pour the mixture into the pan
Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top
Bake for 1 hour at 350 °F/175°C
Take the buckwheat bread out
Allow it to cool down
Ready to serve
