They keep falling out of my ears. Also the lettering on them is too small to read without a microscope or very bright light. And if anything inadvertently touches them, such as a pillow when I am lying down, they act as if I have tapped them. However, I didn't know about the app. I am going to download it and see if I can improve performance.
