While promoting one of your disciples into inner i dont have the option to become true sun while having the 5 core stats to 5. How do i fix

...what? The only thing that matters is if you picked True Sun as your starting law or not. If you did, you can make them into a True Sun cultivator. If you didn't, then you'll only be given the choice of whichever law it is you picked.

I am trying the tic-tac-toe qi pushing method and I can't seem to get over 730qi on my cushion, I am going clockwise every hour and then deleting them and replacing them. Am I doing something wrong?

Are the logs you are putting the tic tac toe boards over, placed in the correct positions? Have you let the arrays qi fully regenerate before you start? Do one, wait exactly one hour, do the next counter clockwise, repeat.
