They title literally says "his own pizza". He made it. That’s part of the joke, that his pizza is almost certainly significantly worse than the one the delivery guy gave him. Since that was made by an actual restaurant, and his was just homemade. The only pizzas that can best the ones made by professional restaurants, are the ones actually made in Italy. His is likely cold and really poor quality. It makes the whole situation even more awkward!
