Seriously! I drove for 4 years for a private delivery company and I'd often see my co-workers absolutely screaming through downtown not even considering traffic lights or stop signs. Every single day at the office there'd be a couple people complaining that they got tickets. I never got a ticket, why waste a day's pay on a ticket? Tipping isn't expected or required because all staff, from bar tenders to delivery drivers, are paid a decent minimum wage so they aren't reliant on the generosity of strangers to live. My personal opinion is that if the owner can't afford to pay their staff a decent wage, they shouldn't be in business as it's clearly not profitable. If they can afford to and choose not to, they're scum bags and don't deserve your custom. Either way it's the business owner's responsibility to ensure the staff are paid a fair wage for a fair day's work.

When he gave a slack to this guy, he basically ensured that this will happen again. He did it 15 times already.
