We have gone for VIP ticket and we have not been given a new land cruiser and on top of that we have been asked to sit in the back side of the 7 seater armada car . The whole journey from the pick up point to the desert safari we were sitting in the back side and even in the sand dunes or sand bashing we were sitting in the last seats and were not able to get the experience of sand bashing and after that in the activities which is at the camp we have been asked to share a table which was never as per the offers . It was a total mess and when complained the tour guide said that if you want to complain then complain to the company ( Phoenix ) . Dishonest , misleading , cheating all we can say about the tour that we did with this company . Please try to avoid this tour company .

Hi Soumit: Nice vlog. Have been to Dubai a few times. I did the desert safari closer to Abu Dhabi and had a greta time there. Agree with you that AED 150 for the quad bike seems to be a bit too much.

I wanted to know as these people were late at the time of pickup only, you guys missed the sunset in the desert and did not even stop at the time of Sand Bashing for pictures. Is it not included in the package or it was just because as they got late?

Today (27 feb 2024) I went there. Wrost experience. I had a ticket. Seat number 17 alloted to us. One person came to us and explained about the difference between normal seat and VIP seat. I paid 150 Dirham (50 each) for 3 persons. What I got pls see below Firstly they will serve cold drinks with Pakoda and small samosa Chai they will also serve if you order After that they will serve food thali. I ordered 3 veg thali (Unlimited) Arhar Daal tadka Mix Veg gravey sabji Jeera rice Salad Roti type stuff After dinner they will serve Custord 😂😂 Isse accha khana to india main saarey Bhojanalay main mil jata hai. I will advise you not to take VIP facilities.

I booked my dessert safari with Pheonix Tours recently after watching this video, but experience is totally horrible ! I would suggest not to book with them to everyone. Their service has been very deteriorated . Didn’t like any item from food menu ! Everything was tasteless ! And the camp was also very basic. Also driver scammed us with 10 aed saying he don’t have change ! Matlab kuch bhi. 🥲
