Bruce and Susan! Great video and great build!! Are you going to produce a parts list and blue prints for making your mixer and pump system? How about the formula for your Aircrete mixture? I am really interested in it and would like to make one for my future build. Keep up the great work and great videos..

There's an upcoming video that should answer most of your questions about the mixing/pumping machine. I'm sure people will make improvements to what I did. We use Domegaia's recipe. 1 bag portland cement mixed with 6 gallons of water. Mix while adding foam until you get 40 to 45 gallons of mixed aircrete.

That's amazing. Y'all...Domegaia, Aircrete, The Bomb. laying the foundation for the buildings of the future. I am going to look at some land around TN, NC and here in NM. I will be looking to sponsor the worksnop on one of those. Thank you,

When I started to build my house in Germany, all by myself, I had neighbors coming by, and saying: “Hello. We are your neighbors. WE ARE BUILDING RIGHT THERE….” They never touched a brick, or concrete. They had hired a company. 😅 Now I am building 30 years later my house in Panama. Aircrete was taken out of the plan from the building inspector right in her office. Now people showing up at my lot and asking if I could build their house. I’m 60, disabled from a work related accident in Canada. I always refuse. I shouldn’t even build my house if you ask my doctors. And I do not tell them. The doctors would go crazy. 😂 But I have a lot of respect for people, building their own home! And another thing. Columns! I had now a lot of people saying right away: “YOU can’t build like that! You have no columns!…” Why do people in North & Central America think, that columns must be visible? I’m using 6” concrete hollow blocks to build my house. I build A) A circular house what has a much higher strength than a square building. B) All my inside walls are connected with the blocks to the outside wall. (Imagine a zipper on your clothes). In Europe, I can’t build a building, without connecting the corners and inside walls with the blocks. That is a MUST. (Well. In Germany it was 30 years ago). I have 26 columns in my walls. I made pictures from it, that I have proof. Each is around 4”x4”, and 9’8” tall. My walls are all level. I’m actually proud how my walls look like. And still. I wished I could have used aircrete.

I think they are either in Cali or Hawaii, but don’t quote me on that… It’s actual perfect for all weathers because the “air” in the Aircrete, makes it a super insulation… I have a friend who has a dome in CO and he’s super pleased… cost him about $12K

Did you run it by an engineer? You HOPE will carry the weight of the roof. You should have done at least 18inches. Good luck
@brucecoutant4874Ай бұрын
There are concrete "posts" every 3 to 4 feet. They carry the roof load.
