@@wendellwhite5797 ..I was making it personal in a semi humorous way. Besides, coffee goes further back then you were taught. There are reports of it coming out of Ethiopia & Yemen 1000 years ago. But logic would dictate that it is not a modern plant and ancient people weren't as primitive as academia would have us believe. Ancient farmers were far more adept that modern agriculture experts. So one might want to give evidence that Israelites in Midian could not have had coffee, before claiming such a thing. Hebrew historical writings, have Moses in Cush (Ethiopia) between the time of his killing the Egyptian, and his arrival at Reuel's place ..so it is entirely plausible that Moses knew of & drank coffee. No offense, I'm just offering evidence that you nay not have been given👍🏼
@wendellwhite57973 жыл бұрын
@@justsomeguy4033 And once again I have to apologize for my ignorance. From what I found vis Wikki is; Gabriel de Clieu brought coffee seedlings to Martinique in the Caribbean in 1720. Those sprouts flourished and 50 years later there were 18,680 coffee trees in Martinique enabling the spread of coffee cultivation to Saint-Domingue (Haiti), Mexico and other islands of the Caribbean. The French territory of Saint-Domingue saw coffee cultivated starting in 1734, and by 1788 supplied half the world's coffee. Coffee had a major influence on the geography of Latin America. Coffee was according to history first discovered in about 850CE. Also; The history of coffee dates back to 850 CE, and possibly earlier with a number of reports and legends surrounding its first use. It is more likely that it originated in the Kingdom of Sheba which was in Ethiopia and Yemen. The earliest sources is a story about an Ethiopian farmer who noticed his goats becoming energized after eating the coffee berries. The date of the exodus would be between 1440 B.C. and 1415 B.C., which is a close approximation to the 1446 B.C. So the Israelites using coffee is very dubious.
@justsomeguy40333 жыл бұрын
@@wendellwhite5797 no need to apologize. These days, we are all finding out that narratives have deceived us. We are starting to wake up. Its good you did some looking, but I'd suggest to not believe a thing unless by 2-3 primary sources. Wiki is a good start, but just because wiki has no reports of earlier coffee, merely means that wiki hasn't finished their homework. 6000 years of civilization 6000 years of farming societies 6000 years of people knowing plants ..and Wiki thinks that it took 5000 years to discover coffee, and by happenstance? Virtually nobody does personal farming today, even farmers are still tilling the soil. Tilling is the most destructive thing to soil & farming ..these are our 'experts' ? Virtually no one in our society has to live off the land. No one knows what it is to farm, to know plants, to know biodiversity & its importance ..these are the 'experts' who write books on farming & its history. These are the ones who have degree's in book learning & not experience of having to survive by farming alone. If we look at ancient cultures & writings through the eyes (knowledge) of true soil-ists, then we start to see that coffee is a prehistorical common thing. Teas, soups, stews etc ..are all an ancient & primordial science. The most ancient of ancients lived by turning plants & animals into water based food & drink. They brewed & stewed everything, and did it in a time that it was their living, their full time job, their life. But we are taught that THESE people were unaware of a coffee bean & its uses⸮ THESE people turned plants into a science of medicine for 5000 years, a science that we have forgot, because we no longer live off the soil. If modern book-learned experts, think coffee was invented by ignorant coincidence in 850, maybe its because the bookworm masters are the ignorant ones. There is plenty if evidence, but it is not in their peer-reviewed & copyrighted books, so they refuse to write it. Logically, their 850 CE theory, is not logical ..or scientific.

17:1 And all the congregation of the children of Israel journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, after their journeys, according to the commandment of the Lord, and pitched in Rephidim: and there was no water for the people to drink. 2 Wherefore the people did chide with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye tempt the Lord? 3 And the people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst? 4 And Moses cried unto the Lord, saying, What shall I do unto this people? they be almost ready to stone me. 5 And the Lord said unto Moses, Go on before the people, and take with thee of the elders of Israel; and thy rod, wherewith thou smotest the river, take in thine hand, and go. 6 Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel. 7 And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the chiding of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the Lord, saying, Is the Lord among us, or not? 8 Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim. 9 And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand. 10 So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. 11 And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. 12 But Moses hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. 13 And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword. 14 And the Lord said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven. 15 And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi: 16 For he said, Because the Lord hath sworn that the Lord will have war with Amalek from generation to generation. Only 1 rock was struck . That rock was struck 2 times . The rock was a Type of Christ (with it being struck). Moses got angry with his people and struck the same rock once more. The rock was only to be struck once and only once. Therefore Moses messed up a Type of Christ in this instance. They carried this rock around with them during the 40 years. Moses was told "...go to THE Rock...." There are 50 million rocks around. It was a specific rock that he was told to go to : The same one they carried with them : Jacobs Pillar Stone (The stone of Scone)...Britain had it for 725 years....They gave it back to Scotland in 1996. But it first appeared in Ireland less then 3,000 years ago when a man who fit the description of Jeremiah turned up there with the daughter of a king ( Tea Tephi) who was married to the High King thus preserving the Davidic Throne on up to Queen Elizabeth today. Wait a minute.....so if I get this right, there were a bunch of people wandering around a desert for 40 years, yet a dude hit a rock and it split and gushed water. So here is the question, if the dude was hitting rocks and water was gushing out of them, why were they wandering around the desert for 40 years? Why didn't the gushing rocks turn the desert into green land?

The video footage is great. I love seeing the true Mt Sinai where the burning bush was and where God gave the Ten Commandments. I knew this whole area had to have been preserved by God and the Saudis. They know what they have. They know it is the real Mt Sinai and not the commercialized fake Mt Sinai in the Sinai peninsula. The Sinai peninsula is a part of Egypt not the Holy Land. But maybe God allowed the fake one to be dominant for tourists to come and flock to, and to see the monastery there, which are all totally fake. The real Mt Sinai is in Arabia as Paul wrote in Galatians. But since we are in the end of the last days, God has allowed the real Mt Sinai to be revealed and filmed. Just to think, this area has been preserved for thousands of years and it is still left as it was when Moses saw the burning bush. One thing, the music became very repetitive and began to get on my nerves. I would suggest to add a variety of music to videos like these. The same repetitive sound from any instrument can become monotonous and the watcher may tend to quit watching before it is finished. Just a suggestion.

Thank you for posting. I totally agree that Mt Sinai is in the Hejaz, but it’s not Jebel al-Lawz. One major problem with this Split Rock/Jebel al-Lawz theory is that this rock simply cannot logically be placed on any route leading from the Israelites’ “landing point” on the Gulf of Aqaba to Jebel-al-Lawz. A better candidate for Mount Sinai is Jabal Dabbagh, and a better candidate for the split rock can be found at 27°54'22.77"N 35°41'42.47"E Just copy and paste into Google Earth.
