Another cool thing about electron microscopes is the beauty of recognizing fractal patterns in nature. if you look at a pebble in an electron microscope (at about 150x magnification), it will look much like the surface of the moon when you look at it through an electron microscope.

@@HawthorneHillNaturePreserve That would make a very wierd source of inspiration.... For anyone who is interested, the song that plays at 11:42 minutes in is called "Weird" and apparently it is on an album called "Ambient Drama." I cannot find this album or this song anywhere online. Spotify has the album but that song and many others were omitted for some reason, possibly due to breach of copyright or some other legal issue. If anyone knows how I can get a copy of that song, I would much appreciate it. I would not mind paying for the album itself if the song is on there. Thank you for reading and for any advice/assistance you can provide.

Making up our mundane daily world is this incredibly alien world. What really gets me is that all these structures on living organisms evolved through mutations that were more adaptive to their survival over many millions of years and generations. Natural selection over all that time leads to incredible diversity all fitting into a niche.
