I agree things can certainly be improved. However, the workers don't use toilet paper when going to toilet but thoroughly wash themselves and their hands after going to toilet. Those of whom pray do additional washing of hands 5 or more times a day as part of their ablution before their prayers. If you notice the man handling ice slab at melon drink stall picked it with tongs, dipped it in bucket to wash it before taking it to be crushed. This is open but equally harmful are what we do not know that goes on in big factories in western countries hidden away from our eyes while they are adding harmful chemicals, allergens and toxic items and not properly disposing of waste in to rivers and sea which are causing so many diseases across the world.

@Lisa116 I agree things can certainly be improved. However, the workers don't use toilet paper when going to toilet but thoroughly wash themselves and their hands after going to toilet. Those of whom pray do additional washing of hands 5 or more times a day as part of their ablution before their prayers. If you notice the man handling ice slab at melon drink stall picked it with tongs, dipped it in bucket to wash it before taking it to be crushed. This is open but equally harmful are what we do not know that goes on in big factories in western countries hidden away from our eyes while they are adding harmful chemicals, allergens and toxic items and not properly disposing of waste in to rivers and sea which are causing so many diseases across the world.
