These things have been around for... I want to say over a decade? They're commonly used in cafes to rinse out milk pitchers between coffees. Definitely not for use with anything someone will drink out of. Other *intended* use case is to rinse cups or glasses before putting them into a glasswasher. If you check the provided link, it's been misrepresented in this video.

1. Ask LPL - cheap padlock will be much better and safer. 2. Long hike will be useful in order not to fly away 3. Trash, but you can use it as weird wallet. This lock can only prevent childred below 6 yo. 4. Interesting, but my tap does it better, faster and cheaper. And it has magic reverse-gravity quirk which speeds up water too. 5. Portable light, looks nice 6. Drone/camera, only software can be worth something if its good. 7. And electric screwdriver...

@@sylver369 I agree with you, the knife sharpener is terrible.
@maryworth3264 Жыл бұрын
My experience was a lot different than your. I hope people don't waste their money on this
@themetalmaiden7462 Жыл бұрын
@@maryworth3264 It's a knife sharpener, it's not that technical, but for some it can be a little difficult to sharpen knives. This is not a magical device, you have to put in some effort. If your knife is really dull or damaged, you will have to put in more work, just as you would with any knife sharpener. You use the metal cutting blades to do the initial sharpening and to remove and burrs, dings, etc in the blade. You have to listen and feel what the blade is telling you as you pull it through the metal blades. Does it sound like it's skipping at places, then that is where the blade has damage and is not smooth. Are you putting enough pressure on the blade as you pull it through to make the metal cutters effective? When you initially start cutting with the metal blades, you will hear and feel the metal actually getting scraped off. As you pull it through more, you will hear the sound change, and feel a difference, it will get smoother. If you're doing it right, the metal blades will cut through the blade dull and damaged parts and reform the cutting angle just fine. When using the metal cutting blades, check the knife blade from time to time, you should notice it getting sharper. Once you get a consistent sound and feel to the blade as your pulling it through the metal blades, you can switch over to the ceramic blades for the final sharpening. On the ceramic blades you don't want to use anywhere near the pressure that you used during the metal blades. With the ceramic blades, that is the final polishing part, and you should treat it as such with several light pulls through the ceramic. Don't overdo the ceramic finishing part, you can easily overdo it and remove some of the sharpness that you had achieved with the metal cutters. Two or 3 soft, smooth pulls through the ceramic is all you need. The ceramic is just to remove the small burrs etc from using the metal cutters. I'm no good at using a sharpening stone, I just don't have the knack for it. I can get close, but wind up screwing it up when using a stone. I know other people that can craft a razors edge with a stone. I own several of these Smith's sharpeners, and they all work the same, great. I also don't wait until my knives have gotten completely dull before I use these, I tune up my knives regularly, and these sharpeners make that a very easy task. Maybe a stone would work better for you.

I think for the most part CO2 levels are not a concern, my understanding is that the impulse to breath comes from elevated CO2 levels in the blood, so I think you would become aware of CO2 where becoming unsafe. Meanwhile CO is a different story, you body exchanges it for CO2 instead of Oxygen reducing blood oxygen levels without you knowing. I never understand the purpose of CO2 monitoring (as opposed to CO)

The waistbelt dog leash can be dangerous. If you have a medium to large breed dog, and the dog starts to really pull on the lead, it can really hurt your low back. And if the dog bolts and starts to run, you can be knocked off your feet and be dragged by even a medium sized dog. This happened to my sister when she tried a belt leash similar to this!😮
