Great Stuff! ? Did you pay for the low tier grading price , $500 and under? I got a Kobe Rookie that goes for over 2,000 if it's a 10 and under $500 if it's a 9. Pretty sure it is a 9 or a 10 as I had several people say that at card shows. I just don't want to insult them at PSA if I send at the cheaper tier. Thoughts?

@@murphaa9564 if they determine it’s worth more than the tier you submit it at, they will up charge you. So I just do the lowest and let them figure it out.
