You can't just remember them, you need to develop a vocabulary on your own.

just means you need to listen many many more times. download the video and chop it up/slow it down, really break stuff down n shit. learn phrases/fills/grooves independently and work them independently. theyll stick eventually, and you’ll also make them your own over time (: then again you commented 8 yrs ago so maybe I’m providing unsolicited advice 😅
