I heard this song at my sons funeral today, it was his favorite song. He was only 43 years old and had 3 miracles in his life. He was 25 when he was given 12 hours to live. After the pastor and I laid hands on him we knew Jesus would let him live. He received a kidney from a living donor in church. He is in the medical journals as the sickest person from kidney failure ever to survive. Never give up on God to bring you up when your down, the church was packed with all the people he touched in his short life. I’m glad this was his favorite song and I’m glad he accepted Christ when I shared the gospel with him. I can’t wait to be in heaven with him and spend eternity with all my brothers and sisters in Christ it’s going to be awesome.😊🙏❤

In March of 2019 I lost my wife of 50 years. Then a few days before Christmas I lost my Mother. I was in a Very dark place. During the war I lost my Faith, and like a lone wolf did horrid things... the last fire fight where i lost both my legs changes that. A young child sneaked into the camp and ss I lay there looking into the black all hope gone, said something that changed me. " Your work is NOT done ,You must change your methods ...Evil is loose upon the world and God has called you to the fight. Then he, IT, was just gone, like he had never been there. Yes could of been all the morphine they had me on and I have no proof that the child was ever real...But I choose to be better, and I CHOOSE to Stand. Absolutely stunning. I have watched this video several times, my husband even loved it sounds like it's coming from the voice of Angels. I know a lot of people keep pointing out that these girls are Mormon but I think the real focus here should be this is a song that goes across the board when it comes to the belief of believing in Jesus Christ. We are devout Catholic's and also happen to love singing and music. We still see the symbolism in overall Christianity throughout this whole video of the water in Baptism and wearing white as a sign of purity. I think people need to focus on what unites us in our beliefs instead of always our differences. This is just beautiful!

Yes, a great version. It restores two of the omitted verses written by John Newton and adds a chorus by Chris Tomlin. Both of these men are born again Christians, NOT Mormons. It appears to have some words written by neither Newton nor Tomlin. I did not bother to listen to them.
