I am dumbstruck. I was of the opinion that only artists trained by the great 'ustaads' under the rigorous Hindustani style or someone like Ustaad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan Saheb could produce such music. I'm blessed to be proved wrong. TNS has sung like a man possessed under some Divinely inspiration. He immerses you in the depth of the raga, while your spirits are elevated to a plane rarely experienced. Thanks Mr. Sunil for this ethereal experience.

TNS is a disciple of a disciple of Sri harikeshanallur Muthaiah Bhagavatar who popularised several raagas hamsaanandi being one of them. So, It is natural for TNS to have rendered this amazingly well

It is high time Modi govt awards him Padmavibhushan civilian award on the next Republic day.He is on par with all time greats and in fact he is most accomplished to receive the honour. He is considered great not only by rasikas but also by the professional music community by virtue of his profound knowledge, devouted service to music right from a tender age of seven,a versatile genius, vast number of disciples some of them Sangeetha kalamidhis and an intellectual.
