I jump recreationally and saw that canopy and was thinking there is no way they packed that intentionally. Being ripped almost completely in half with more holes and looked like the fabric was rotting all over the place. I kept screaming at my screen "CUT IT AWAY!!!".

the Army Knights, practice full time, and compete against recreational skydivers, taking first place away from people that pay for their jumps out of their own pockets. #USPA should not qualify the Golden Knights for awarded competition.
@galt8204 жыл бұрын
Why? It only helps grow the sport. Maybe if USPA could find a way to monetize competitions instead of just winning bragging rights this might be an issue. Then again, if you could have professional league paid skydivers then they would be able to practice full time as much as the Golden Knights do. But as it is skydiving barely gets by money wise to maintain the sport recreationally, there just isn't a big enough market.

how many people can say they've flown straight through a cloud without an airplane.

I can!! and I did it at twilight which is the best time to do so. You can see your iridescent silhouete as you cut through the clouds. It is an experience you can't miss in your life!!
