Amazing Honda CR-V Transformation! Even better than my last?

Today we take my new daily, a 2006 Honda CR-V SE, and completely restore it while adding some classy upgrades. Including fog lights, headlights, bug deflector and more! You don't wanna miss this one! I love these 2nd gen CRV's! We give the Nighthawk Black Pearl a paint correction as well to make it shine like no other!

Awesome car! I recently bought a 2005 EX in redondo red with a 5 speed manual. This is a one owner car with a clean title with no accidents or title issues that has been meticulously maintained by the previous owner since it was purchased brand new back in 2005 it currently has approximately 206k miles on it, and best of all no rust. Something that is extremely rare to find in a car that has spent its entire lifetime up here in the northeastern region of the states. The car itself is in great shape overall. However I am going through the car very thoroughly and restoring/fixing whatever requires attention at this time, just like you are with yours. I need to do a paint correction on my car as well. Please let me know if you have any tips or advice.

I just picked up the same crv, color and all. Very thin clear coat, I did 3k-5k wet sand and then a polish. Came out.like glass.

Dang I’ve got a Mk2 Crv ‘06 in NightHawk Black and I tried some sort of paint correction for the first time using Meguiers compound and burnt through to the primer on the hood. Bought another hood figuring it might be cheaper than respray then discovered there is a difference between petrol and diesel hoods 😡. But they are a good looking vehicle aren’t they and good job

Wheels are off of an Acura TL, they are 17x8. Tires are 225/65 R17 a perfect fit in my opinion

My local orielly's has paint pens of this color in stock! I'll touch up every spot on the hood and bumper, then skim over the whole thing with meguirs 205 to flatten it out before sealing! I'll give ya an update in the next upload!

If you have Instagram or Facebook I can send you a picture of the wiring diagram! I used an OEM fog light switch off my old car. But this kit comes with its own harness and switch. Honestly it would be easiest just to borrow the 12v signal from your parking lights👍
