You should upscale if you want to keep the exact look of the graphic (gradients, fine lines, etc) and want to make it bigger to use for Print on Demand

Adding graphics to text can be done with Kittl and Canva in a limited way but you won't be able to do the outlines I showed

I sometimes use your creativity as inspiration. I used Vexels to create a design with a tropical theme with "HAWAII" on the front. Nothing special about the design nor the tags. The design got automatically submitted to RedBubble's Fan Art program. It finally went through, but I don't know why this happened. Is this something that happens automatically? I think some details are too small for low-DPI print on t-shirts, it has to be "more minimalist" with larger details, don't you agree?

Affinity Designer is a Vector Art Application but you can import JPGs, PNGs, SVGs, AI art files and more just know that it don't automatically convert them to vectors.

@@DetourShirts yes,i converted AI art to vectors but when i tried to import it un zipped folder opened normally but those files inside didnt ☺️ they were just grey and i couldnt slide them into app or open them? Weird ☺️

You don't have to.... I would vectorize it if you want to color it or make changes to it.... you do need to upscale it if you don't vectorize it.
