PVC: Chronic (long-term) exposure to vinyl chloride through inhalation and oral exposure in humans has resulted in liver damage. Cancer is a major concern from exposure to vinyl chloride via inhalation, as vinyl chloride exposure has been shown to increase the risk of a rare form of liver cancer in humans.

Many of these ideas would simply not be allowed if you rent a property from the local council, as installing many of these is a breach of the tenancy agreement and if you left the property, you would have to remove it to return the property to its original condition - with fires and stoves, even those that burn wood, it is now illegal and you can be prosecuted and fined for doing so, based on climate change laws - some local councils in Ireland have even went as far as blocking up chimneys and mandating by law that any house design must not include a chimney and any architect that disobeys this law can be prosecuted

Families in need who base feelings of entitlement to help on what others can afford inevitably do so because the concept of need is predicated on entitlement. Only children and psychopaths expect to extract resources from people and provide nothing in return. The other thing those wreckingballs who do catch-on also do is assume others are obligated to want whatever you finally do offer. Again, like children who don't realize other people have their own separate autonomous experiences. That don't even involve the child 🤯 The suggestion of a transaction is your idea because you're the one trying to get something for nothing. You think other people are too stupid to pick up on that shit? You'd probably have better luck if you realized you're a seller. Which means you don't dictate what a buyer wants or how much they'll pay for it. Maybe you're trying that guilttripping approach because you believe we have social welfare in this country because we're moral. Well, joke's on you because we have social welfare in this country because keeping citizens spending creates the diplomatic clout to compete with other consumer economies when negotiating against producer nations. There's no welfare in producer economies because duh discouraging production makes producer economies less competitive. Those economies also tax the consumption side (of the economic equation you have some fantasy doesn't exist) to encourage work whereas economies like ours tax the production side to encourage buying. So everybody has needs. Yours seems to be growing up.
