小さい頃からパンやお菓子を焼いておりますが、仕事として作った経験がないので食い入る様に見入ってしまいました。 何種類もの商品を同時に仕上げていく手際がまさにプロのお仕事…流れる様な工程、見応えありました。 人が寝てる時間から作られるパン、真剣に選ぶお客さん、ランチにするのか明日の朝用なのか、パンのある光景って『すごく美味しそう』に感じます。 個人的にはあの無花果パンの、ミシミシ音がしそうな上の皮とかバリッとした底をかじりたくなってしまいました(笑) 重労働＆暑い季節は大変なとお仕事だと思います。お体ご自愛下さいます様に！
