I like your videos ,but not everyone speak Japanese ,and I would like to know what kind of vegetables his using, or what his saying ,or name os the plates ,fish etc.

Such elegant food and presentation. The head chef is preparing for his grand finale to showcase his food.
Oh, the incredible foods these Master Chefs create. I love their sushi, and especially their sashimi. Such skills and freshness of fish are not wasted on me. There is nothing to equal such food. I am just glad that I can appreciate their talents without watching the live fish being prepared. Sorry, but it is a little difficult for this old man. Now, fugu is seldom offered in the USA, but I had it prepared in front of me one time in NYC, and it was incredible. Also young Saba was live prepared for me by a wonderful Chef in my State 20 years ago. He took the perfectly cleaned skelton and flash fried it. It was crisp and delicious.The Chef was a little temperamental with some but not me. Always a wonderful smile and our bows exchanged. This Master Chef, in his best English, would explain everything he did and why. I was so caught up in his explanations, that the live preparations did not bother me. With each visit that Chef had several kinds of live fish. I enjoyed each bite I had. One last thing.....this channel is wonderful.

What impress me the most is the bow in the end. The chef bowed till the customer's taxi is completely out of sight. This is an old Japanese tradition that not too many younger Japanese will follow.
