Man times have changed big time when I used to live in Alaska I fished the Kenai a lot but here's the thing the water was like blue ish now it's clear and brown what the heck? Are you ok brother? Hi from panamá, love your videos. Been in Alaska 2 times and will go there again. Maybe move there for my kid to do high school. Here in panama we Don’t have as many sports in school as you do in USA. My dad lives in anchorage I got my residence approved. Maybe make the American dream in the most beautiful place I ever been.

I was up in Soldotna from the 20th to the 30th of July and caught some limits of nice reds. This year's run has been a good one, to say the least. Coming back in September to fish for the silvers.

The first week of August was insane. Weir counts in the Kenai were as high as 180,000. My oldest daughter and her family took a trip up to Soldotna to visit our youngest daughter who lives there. Our grandsons caught lots of limits of reds and had the time of their lives.

In the sportsman’s warehouse parking to the far right theirs a ice machine there u can get a lot of ice for cheap. U can do with bag or without bag the slide will dump ice directly into cooler. I have that same cooler I upgraded to larger one lol

hi, if you plan to fish in anchorage, go to Ship Creek, there is a little Bait shack there that will set you up with everything. if you want some fun fishing. head down to Seward, Alaska NOW

Any rod set up is fine, the leader setup and the technique is what’s important. They closes hotel to this are where I fish is only a 5 min drive away. U can take a taxi

Hi Kelly, regulation state the fish must be hook by the mouth to be kept, no other body part, its conside "snagged".

Dang $20 bucks. What did u do with your okuma. I need your other pieces other. I know my handle on top piece are not broken on okuma. I just can’t remember what middle piece 2nd or 3rd piece snapped. I bought a new okuma fly rod today at sportsman’s they only had 3 come in. All gone. Lol u gettin famous! The jaws sound effects luv it lol. I buy their hooks sound bend makes cost efficient products. I think your videos are great. You do it right talking time stamp music special effects. Fish on fish on. Do a catch and cook now lol. If u want a great light rod TFO pro series 2 their bout $170 the marlin fly rods r great to have at bass pro those r bout $100. Then theirs the good old ugly stick their heavy I wanna go to Valdez for silvers but Seward is closer lol
