Amazing laser cleaning with small 100W laser vol.1 [4K]

Unbelievably great work considering only a 100W laser was used. ROD 100 is our smallest, a most portable handheld laser with fully customizable beam shape, the newest generation of cleaning head with plenty of helpful features, such as the possibility of setting focusing distance, scan speed or even beam width directly on the head while cleaning. Our new cleaning head weighs only 2.5 kg so long cleaning sessions are easier than anytime before. Even with lower power it easily can accomplish great cleaning achievements and take care of rust, grease, oxidation, paint, and much more. Laser cleaning uses concentrated laser radiation to evaporate impurities from the layer. The impurities are affected by ultra-short laser pulses (ns), which generate heat and heat-induced pressure - the high temperature inside the material creates a high pressure that causes it to evaporate.
Almost no waste material is generated during laser cleaning, because most of the impurities evaporate, thanks to the high efficiency of the laser resonators used, the cleaning process has very low operating costs. Laser cleaning is a non-contact, non-abrasive method that is very gentle on the surface of the material. Since the course of the interaction of laser radiation with the material depends on the material, it is possible to set the cleaning parameters so that the substrate remains undamaged after cleaning.

I wonder if they have a US Distributer. The next video is a 4000W laser. One in between would be great. I can only imagine the cost difference would be dramatic. Like another the use of this in car restoration and paint job prep plus engine rebuild prep would be just 3 possible applications. Individual application for sure but they mention integrated applications for factory use as well. I'd bet they don't have a US Distributer. They don't even have a copywriter or English or other language capability. How much stronger would this have been with a sparing narrative.

@@Shadobanned4life I did check. They are expensive in the short term Yet another view is different. How much is the cost of a long term industrial machine. Many times larger than these laser machines. I checked and the average machine that a smaller business might use is 12k+ to around 20k. As a long term invest in a business that increasing efficiently and lowering pollution, that's nothing. Just the decpreciation and immediate tax benefits pay for much of the machine. Your imaging the home owner device. Imagine other business uses. They could, with planning, be put to effective. Examples of in service use exist.
