Amazing lemon cookies that everyone should try! Very easy to cook

Ingredients:
- Lemon zest
- Sugar - 130 g (2/3 cup)
- A pinch of salt (1 for dough)
- Melted unsalted butter - 130 g (2/3 cup)
- Vanilla extract - 3 g (0,5 tsp)
- Lemon juice - 15 g (1 tbsp)
- Eggs - 2
- Soft flour - 300 g (2 cups)
- Baking powder - 5 g (0,5 tbsp)
- Egg yolks - 2
- Sugar - 40 g (2,5 tbsp)
- A pinch of salt (1 for cream)
- Corn starch - 8 g (0,5 tbsp)
- Milk - 40 g (2 tbsp)
- Lemon juice - 60 g (3 tbsp)
- Lemon zest
- Unsalted butter - 20 g (1 tbps)
- Powdered sugar (~ 100 g)
- Preheat the oven to 185 ℃ (365 ℉) and then bake in the oven at 165°C (330 ℉) for about 12 minutes

I live in Brazil and usually make similar cookies using a typical lemon curd filling (without cornstarch) that is put in place and baked together with the cookies. I liked your recipe because the cookie dough does not seem to open cracks while shaping the cookies before baking!
